• Usage data (pages visited, time spent on the application)

How We Use Your Information

• To facilitate appointments, booking, scheduling, and the engagement      process with NIMS medical practitioners
• To conduct encrypted video calls with patients
• To store all call contents in our secure, Australia-hosted clinical      software
• To generate and send work capacity documents back to the worker's      employer
• To identify, authenticate an individual user prior to use or access      to our systems
• To triage, prioritize, and allocate a workplace injury case
• To communicate with you and those authorized persons acting on your      behalf regarding your case
• To make referrals to alternate medical practitioners if required
• To process your transactions and manage your records within our      systems
• To coordinate with authorized persons acting on your behalf
• To provide, operate, and maintain services to our clients

Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your information:

• With persons within your organization who are authorized to act on      your behalf and have authenticated access to your organization’s workplace      injury data
• With healthcare providers or specialists as required for continuity      of care
• With third-party service providers to facilitate our services      (e.g., payment processing, data analysis, system maintenance)
• To comply with legal obligations such as responding to a subpoena      or court order
• With your consent or at your direction

Security of Your Information

We employ reasonable administrative and technical security measures to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification, and disclosure. All data is stored on secure cloud services hosted in Australia.
